Monochrome industrial camera
A black and white camera, also known as a monochrome camera, offers advantages in a variety of applications. While the market for security focusses on color cameras, the industrial market utilizes the advantages of black and white cameras. Black and white cameras are very light sensitive, provide sharp images and reduces data compared to color. This makes it ideal for imageprocessing. By selecting the right color as your light source and lens filter, a black and white camera can utilize the product its characteristics. Images with a large contrast and a high resolution can be created with an industrial monochrome camera.
Industrial camera without PoE
The power of an industrial GigE camera without PoE is supplied via the I/O connector. The standard GigE camera is less expensive and generates less heat. The camera is more compact than the version with a PoE because less hardware is needed. Connecting an industrial GigE camera without PoE always requires an I/O cable.
